Transition Age Youth Mental Health Services
Our TAY program services individuals aged 16-25 (with full-scope Medi-Cal or no insurance). Services may include regular therapy sessions with a Clinician, as well as additional case management or skills building support to enhance the individual’s daily functioning and transition to independence. Psychiatry and medication management support are also available.
